Sleep
It is important to get enough sleep. Sleep affects concentration ability, quality of life, emotional balance, ability to tolerate various strains and pains, and is an important indicator of health.
Sleep is partially a matter of exercise. By sleeping too little over a longer period, we can get used to it so that we no longer perceive the signals from our body telling us that we need sleep.
